Training
We offer different on-site education sessions both at our office premises and your premises, and we run also online sessions. These sessions can of course also be performed with participation of customers. At your partner site (see below) you can access the e-learning sessions and training materials.
Your Personal Partner Portal
As a partner, you will have your own “MarketPort Partner Portal”. Here, you can access all relevant documentation, communication materials, presentations, product training sessions, chat and support center and project team rooms.
Sales support and advisory services
We can provide you all the help you need during the sales and solution design processes. Besides being the product specialist, we also provide advisory services to guide clients through the decision and solution design process. Our services model include analysis tools, prioritization and design workshops which ensures that our clients get the best solution for them.
Implementation Services
Initially, we take care of the configuration and custom development of the solution. From then on, you can build your own MarketPort business on different implementation service levels - depending on your line of business (business consultant, IT service provider etc), including content migration, system integration (CRM, ERP, eCommerce applications etc).
Customer Support
We are a dedicated and professional service company so of course we will provide you with the support you need in order to make MarketPort a healthy and sustainable business. We provide 2nd level support via our Hotline and our online support center.
