Who is Ferrosan?

Ferrosan is an international group who produces and markets strong brands in 65 countries with about 40 distributors and a turnover of approx. 700 million DKK.

What was the challenge?

Ferrosan has a very large number of global and local product launches and campaigns, both developed centrally at headquarters and decentralized in its subsidiaries. It is crucial that sharing of knowledge and best practice is simple, visible, rapid and global.
