New Partner Site for ConvaTec Distributors

ConvaTec is a global company within Ostomy, Wound care and disposable products for the hospital and healthcare sector.

ConvaTec’s global representation consists of subsidiaries and external partners and distributors. These partners are ConvaTec’s main key customers with direct sales to thousands of end customers (hospitals etc.).

The primary contact channel between the ConvaTec Key Account Managers and their partners has so far been a large number of emails with attached documents and telephone calls.
 
ConvaTec chose Lindblad’s WebZone to create a Partner Portal which is a visually effective and inspiring website, which can be customized by the Key Account Manager for each partner. In here, there is direct access to "One to One" documents (eg. minutes of the meeting, price lists, and product information, etc.). The partners have also restricted access to the Marketing Portal (MarketPort), which Lindblad has built for ConvaTec, and where partners can download marketing and sales materials, review e-learning and even build their own materials online, etc.

Everything is backed up by statistics which clearly show what happens with each partner, and the improvements in process efficiency and knowledge sharing from day 1.
